You will intrinsically understand the unique microcosm and thecontext of our venues and the city you represent.

  • Prior experience as an F&B Guest Attendant (Bartender) with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar 'Lifestyle' boutique hotel, destination cocktail bar, or similar busy city bar
  • Can provide classic cocktail service without the use of referencematerials, including knowing measurements and preparations of both in-housecocktails and common cocktails from memory
  • In addition to those with experience we are actively seeking candidates with a diverse range of lifestyle skills and welcome applications from those in the arts, music, and entertainment industries
  • To be a confident F&B Guest Attendant (Bartender) you will need a basic understanding of spirits and wine as well as an appreciation for food
  • Prior experience using a POS is advantageous, however, full training will be given
  • To be highly social, motivated, and proactive; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
  • A flexible approach to working hours with the ability to work shifts, including weekends and nights
  • TIPS certified
