Devin Young

I'm a creative executive based in NYC specializing in creative direction, product development, marketing, and business strategy.

I most recently co-founded a company called Classcraft, an award-winning behavioral management SaaS platform focused on using gamification to drive students' motivation and develop their social-emotional skills. As its President for over eight years, I was actively involved in many aspects of the business, from business strategy and fundraising to creative direction, product design, marketing, and business development. During my tenure, the company raised $18M, scaled to +9M users in 165 countries, became a b-corp, and grew to have 45 employees on staff. I also served as an advisor to the White House, SETDA, and Future Ready Schools New Jersey. I guest lectured at Harvard and have spoken numerous times at conferences like SXSW, ISTE, Games for Change, and ASU+GSV Summit.

Prior to Classcraft, I founded a boutique creative agency called The Flux and had the privilege of working with brands like Chanel, Microsoft, Intel, See.me, and the Future of Storytelling Summit.
