Your responsibilities with us:
- Assisting with secretarial tasks
- Managing purchasing and procurement processes
- Maintaining and updating internal lists
- Composing letters, emails, and notes
- Managing office supplies
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Processing returns
What we expect:
- Proven work experience as an office clerk or administrative assistant
- Good knowledge of MS Office/MS Excel/ERP
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Class B driver's license
- Completed training as an office clerk
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Loyalty, reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work independently
