We are currently seeking a Receptionist (m/f/d) for our studio in Berlin-Reinickendorf.

Your responsibilities:

You create a positive atmosphere in the studio where all customers feel comfortable.
You answer phone calls, schedule appointments, welcome customers, direct them to the appropriate areas, and bid them farewell.
You handle customer inquiries and concerns in a customeroriented manner.
You receive and handle complaints with empathetic problemsolving skills.
You conduct informational conversations, sell Kieser Training services, and close training contracts with interested parties and customers.
You enter all customers into the computer system, maintain customer records, and handle administrative tasks.
You ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the changing and training areas.

Your profile:

You enjoy interacting with people and are comfortable approaching them.
You have a customer service mindset and ideally have previous experience in the service industry.
You are flexible with your schedule and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
You have basic computer skills.
You are eager to learn and expand your knowledge.
You are passionate about physical training and serve as a role model for our customers.
