    Job Title: On Site Sales Account Manager

    Company: BankSupplies Inc.

    Location: Ypsilanti, MI

    Position Type: Full-Time

    Hours of Operation: 8:30am - 5:00pm (M-F)

    Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)

    Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team at BankSupplies Inc. This position involves building and nurturing relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions from our product portfolio. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer accounts to ensure their satisfaction and ongoing success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and target small to medium-sized banks and credit unions.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
    • Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

    Account Management:

    • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to become their trusted advisor.
    • Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales lifecycle.
    • Identify upselling opportunities.

    On-the-Road Sales:

    • Required customer visits approximately 3-5 per quarter.
    • Effectively manage travel and expenses to maximize sales opportunities.

    Compensation:

    • Initially, receive a competitive base salary to ensure a stable income as you establish your client base.
    • Transition to an uncapped commission-based compensation structure once established, allowing you to earn above-market-average pay.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in B2B sales and account management, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
