At JamesLane Mechanical, we provide a full range of state-of-the-art HVAC/Mechanicalservices throughout the Wichita Falls and North Texas region. Our commercialclients include those in data & telecom facilities, education, financial,government, healthcare, hospitality, and churches.

We arelooking for an experienced Project Manager that can jump in and hit the groundrunning. Our ideal candidate has a background in mechanical engineering and isdriven to succeed

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to relocate to the up and coming Wichita Falls, TX

Responsibilities

Maintains, and reviews all RFIs, submittals, substitution requests, change proposals, project schedules, project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices for multiple large-scale projects.
Collaborate with client, engineers, architects, etc. to determine specifications of projects.
Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
Knowledge of construction/project management software.
Computer literacy including strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet research, and other software applications. (Procore, etc.)
Must be able to perform in a fast paced professional work environment
