Leading medium-sized strategic CAPEX projects for the Marburg site in collaboration with other project members and stakeholders. Driving innovation to reduce costs and timelines by ensuring good project execution processes, error-free project implementation, best practices, benchmarking, and industry knowledge for all investment projects. Proven experience in taking end-to-end responsibility from engineering to commissioning. This position is responsible for project progress throughout the entire project and contributes to accelerating key activities cross-functionally, finding solutions to problems, and communicating project progress to management and the project team.

Your tasks:

Leads and manages medium-sized and complex cross-functional projects with various project teams in accordance with CSL's strategic and operational priorities. The projects span multiple areas of a biological, highly regulated production facility, such as aseptic processing, plasma processing, filling facilities, supply facilities, and other pharmaceutical operating environments.

Develops and implements plans for capital projects within the approved portfolio to achieve business objectives and support project execution, with a focus on safety, scope, quality, budget, and timelines.

Ensures that
