- Maintains and reviews RFI's, submittals, manages change orders, work orders and purchase orders
- Develop and maintain job schedule for the project, ensuring timely completion
- Assist with estimating and planning at bid stage
- Facilitate subcontractor and owner coordination/progress meeting
- Visit the jobsites on a regular basis to review job progress, quality and safety
- Develop a Schedule of Values and generate monthly payment applications
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
- 3+ years of experience in vertical commercial construction project management.
- Experience managing projects valued at $3mm - $30mm+
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in construction/project management software
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, iSqFt, Blue Beam and Plangrid
- Have excellent written and verbal skills
- Have strong problem solving skills
- Have an analytical mindset
- Have ability to develop long term team building with subcontractors
