Job Description:
Beewise is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
This position will play a pivotal role in exploring and creating new revenue opportunities for Beewise, including the sales of bees, honey, and pollination services.
As part of our growing team, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage in experimentation with new business models and revenue streams.
Your contributions will be instrumental in driving our mission forward.Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new revenue opportunities for Beewise, with a primary focus on bee sales, honey distribution, and pollination services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the agricultural sector.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies, especially in the agricultural and ag-tech sectors.
Participate in the development of new business models and revenue streams.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecastsRequirements:
Minimum of 5 years of agriculture, food and beverage, or food manufacturing sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Previous experience in ag-tech sales is a strong advantage.Startup experience is a plusStrong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to embrace experimentation and adapt to evolving business strategies.
A passion for sustainable agriculture, beekeeping, and environmental conservation is highly desirable.
