**Customer Service Representative**

**Responsibilities:**

Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone

Assisting with calling customers to follow up on their latest appointment

Receive incoming calls and transferring them as requested

Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires

Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise

Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying

**Requirements:**

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Previous Automotive experience is a plus

Experience using Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
