    Reporting to our VP, Organizational Development, and working very closely with our Chief People Officer and Executive Leadership Team ("ELT"), the Senior Director of Recruiting will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of talent acquisition management strategies in support of organizational development initiatives within the company. Our new Senior Director of Recruiting will build and lead ID Logistics talent acquisition key activities including hands on recruiting of executive and leadership at all levels, identification of top tier candidates with expertise in passive and active candidate selection processes. Keen ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced environment with a servant leadership mentality. This role is critical to ID Logistics' long-term success and will be a strategic partner with all leaders and all hiring teams. Our new recruitment leader must bring a successful track record building a recruitment department serving a leading contract logistics organization, in a talent acquisition and recruitment management level role.

    PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONISBILITIES:
    • Partner with Business and Facility Leaders, HRBPs, Vice President of Organizational Development and Director of Recruiting, to understand and identify talent gaps relative to current and future talent needs.
    • Create KPI's to measure hiring success.
    • Build internal and external recruitment strategies with experience in a talent shortage environment.
    • Provide consultative support on all aspects of recruitment to hiring teams cross-functionally for Contract Logistics, Robotics, Automation and Manufacturing.
    • Ability to develop a customized search strategy and process for business-critical positions.
    • Partner with the Chief People Officer and Vice President of Organizational Development to understand talent gaps and identify candidates for current and future executive level opportunities.
    • Partner with the benefits team to understand and consult on executive-level compensation and benefit trends to ensure successful attraction of top-talent.
    • Must have Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion expertise to embed and sustain inclusivity in all aspects of the search strategy.
    • Build a multi-level, diverse, pipeline of top-tier candidates and prospects at all stages of their career, experience, and capability.
    • Establish and coach the team members to proactively grow relationships with prospects and candidates.
    • Create plan, and deliver unique candidate engagement opportunities.
    • Leverage data, trends, acquisitions, and business feedback for the recruitment teams.
    • Participate in all aspects of executive-level recruitment including networking, assessment and offer negotiation.
    • Create and prepare, simple to administer and communicate reports relating to hiring for the leadership teams.
    • Position ID Logistics as a global leader for high performing research and development talent within the Contract Logistics space.
    • Proactively Expand our talent network.
    • Outstanding people management skills, and proven ability to effectively coach and develop recruiters at all levels of their careers.
    • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships as a trusted partner to senior executives.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence people at all levels in the organization.
    • A "doer" mentality with the ability to translate vision into the right hire.
    • Previous experience working in a high growth and fast-paced organization.
    • Contract Logistics, Robotics and/or Automation Industry talent acquisition experience is necessary.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • BS /BA/ or MBA
    • 10+ years of experience including: a combination of experience in executive search/staffing and talent acquisition serving a leading contract logistics provider.
    • Minimum of 5 years developing and leading a small to midsized recruitment team.
    • Demonstrated experience in effectively engaging and hiring hard to find talent.
    • Prior experience working in the Contract Logistics, Robotics or Automation
    • Proficient with staffing tools and systems (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, ADP) and research tools required.
    • Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent people skills to sell the company/ job and attract talent
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow compliance laws and regulations.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Must be a team player and caring leader with a strong moral compass and sense of humor.

    Offering Base Salary, starting range is 125,000 and robust benefit options:
