Collaboration: Work closely with Director of HR and Chief Nursing Officer to understand their staffing needs and preferences and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor recruitment metrics and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in nursing, and/or human resources is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and online sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
