- Collaborate with the team to address weekly work requirements
- Maintain accurate records of seed count and monitor seed health
- Organize and label seed appropriately
- Report any tool or equipment issues to the manager promptly
- Ensure adherence to safety, ECOP, and HR guidelines
- Handle seed setting, measuring, and collection tasks
- Participate in tank cleaning and other nursery maintenance activities
- Display professional conduct and respect towards colleagues and surroundings
- Demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality
- Possess reliable transportation
- Capable of lifting and moving up to sixty pounds repeatedly
- Effective verbal and auditory communication skills
- Wear appropriate safety gear and maintain prescribed equipment
- Swimming proficiency required
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different locations as needed
- Engage in beach and facility cleanup activities

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As the Nursery Crew Lead, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Nursery Manager in overseeing a crew of 3-8 individuals and coordinating daily operations on the nursery floats. Effective communication and collaboration with the team are essential, along with ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Applicants should hold a current Washington State Boater's Card and possess the ability to operate a boat proficiently in various weather conditions.
