    Description

    Job Title: Tower Foreman

    Company: Pacific Northwest Connections



    Overview and Essential Functions


    Travel is required with the company providing a generous Hotel and Food Per Diem.



    Pay:

    $29 - $36 / hour



    Tower Foreman Duties and Responsibilities

    (include but not limited to):

    • Work with crew to ensure all construction operations meet customer and industry specifications
    • Uphold highest safety and quality control standards
    • Follow OSHA and Company Fall Safety procedures
    • Lead crew in timely submission of reports
    • Work safely in all environments
    • Arrive promptly every day
    • Utilize hand tools and equipment
    • Identify construction hazards
    • Comfortable working at heights
    • Able to lift 60 lbs.
    • Collaborate with the team and follow instructions closely
    • Travel required to Oregon and Washington

    Travel arrangements and expenses are managed by the company's travel planner.



    Qualifications


    Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (include but not limited to):

    • 1-3 years of experience in construction, cable, or telecommunications
    • Leadership experience is preferred
    • Physical fitness for shift duties
    • Capable of operating various trucks and equipment
    • Driving and operating machinery on the site
    • Effective communication skills
    • Compliance with safety regulations
