- Able to lift 60 lbs.
- Collaborate with the team and follow instructions closely
- Travel required to Oregon and Washington
- 1-3 years of experience in construction, cable, or telecommunications
- Leadership experience is preferred
- Physical fitness for shift duties
- Capable of operating various trucks and equipment
- Driving and operating machinery on the site
- Effective communication skills
