    Our client, an industry-leading commercial construction company, is looking for a Project Accountant (direct hire) to join their dynamic team. With almost six decades of experience, our client is renowned for taking on the most challenging construction projects in various sectors!     Compensation Range: $70,000 - $85,000 ++ Annual Bonuses

    As a Project Accountant, you'll:

    • Collaborate with the Division Controller to ensure accurate and timely processing of project billings.
    • Prepare and submit project billings accurately and in compliance with contractual agreements.
    • Analyze job cost transaction reports and maintain precise records of project expenses.
    • Generate ad hoc reports and reviews upon request.
    • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, records management, and reporting for the Western division.
    • Report any instances of noncompliance with established standards or policies to the appropriate channels.
    • Complete assigned job responsibilities and projects as directed by leadership.

    What we're looking for:

    • 3-5 years of experience in job cost/construction accounting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
    • Experience with Sage (preferred)
    • Background in Commercial Construction (preferred)
