Vaco has partnered with an esteemed architecture firm boasting over six decades of excellence. They are looking to add a dynamic and ambitious Project Accountant to join their accounting team. Take advantage of this opportunity that promises substantial work-life balance and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

Assist with fee proposals and budgeting out projects.
Develop, help manage and maintain active project budgets in Wrike and accounting software.
Work with Accounts Payable staff to ensure that consultant invoices match consultant agreements.
Review contracts to ensure appropriate language is included.
Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

Experience in the construction industry highly preferred
Experience with Costpoint ERP and Excel a plus

the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
