YOUR TASKS - THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT:

  • You are responsible for the onboarding and integration of foreign employees in our production team with the aim of successful linguistic, social and professional integration within the team
  • From day 1, you support new team members in all questions regarding professional and private integration
  • You research, plan and implement integration, support and networking offers that promote exchange and longterm integration within the existing production team
  • You coordinate language courses and further training to expand professional skills
  • You advise foreign colleagues on authorities, apartment search and takeover, registration with suppliers, banks and schools, etc.
  • You act as a liaison between employees, HR department, placement agencies, and the management and production team
  • You support recruiting in the selection and recruitment of employees for our production team
