We are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead our department and oversee payment transactions and financial commitments for our company.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing tax processes, and upholding company policies.

The Lead of Accounts Payable Accounting actively seeks opportunities to use technology to simplify and streamline business processes. They provide accounting services in a compliant, efficient, and cost-effective manner. They also stay updated on changes in legislation and standards and drive necessary changes to support our business strategy.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Managing and supervising the accounts payable department and staff.
Ensuring systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies and operate accurately and efficiently.
Meeting the company's financial obligations and overseeing tax processes.
Tracking financial expenditures and providing reports as needed.
Handling data entry, validation, and processing of various invoices.
Monitoring all transactions within the company and with external vendors and contractors.
Standardizing procedures and creating internal templates for efficiency.
Providing excellent customer service and communication.
Collaborating with the FinTech department to ensure accounting compliance.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of accounting experience.
Leadership experience and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency with computers and business software
