Join our team in the Information & Communication Services (ICS) division of SPIE Deutschland & Central Europe GmbH

In the ICS division, we combine our expertise in information, security, and media technology and offer full-service solutions to our nationwide clients with over 30 locations and more than employees throughout Germany.

We are currently seeking a Service Technician for Information/Communication Technology Unify (m/f/d) at our Bremen location.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Service Technician for Information/Communication Technology Unify (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and commissioning of information technology/communication technology (ICT) systems (e.g. Unify) and their applications and/or network technology (e.g. Cisco, Extreme).
  • In this role, you will also ensure the operation, adaptation, and expansion of these systems (field service).
  • You will also provide support to our clients in accordance with the agreed service level agreements.

Your profile:

  • You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering or telecommunications (electronics, IT system electronics, telecommunications, or similar).
  • You also have some years of professional experience in handling telecommunication systems and equipment (e.g. Unify, Alcatel, or similar).
