Your Job Description:

As a Glass Apparatus Builder at Siemens Healthineers in Rudolstadt, you will manufacture glass bodies for various X-ray tubes used in our medical technology products. You will use a gas burner to manually or partially automated heat, blow, bend, pinch, and pull the glass into shape. You will apply various glass techniques and connect glass with metal or different types of glass to create a glass body.

Your tasks also include planning, controlling, and designing work processes, as well as manufacturing, assembling, and disassembling the respective glass apparatus technology. You are also responsible for the final assembly and quality control of X-ray tubes.

Your areas of deployment are in the individual or series production of glass X-ray tubes
