- Lead internal and team relationships to develop competitive offers
- Coordinate external stakeholder relationships
- Formulate teaming strategy and select teammates strategically
- Present plans to the executive team and incorporate feedback
- Engage in pricing strategy development
- Guide technical and management solutions development
- Ensure a seamless transition from proposal to contract
- 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with a Master's, or 14+ years with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record in capturing/winning large programs within the DoD or Intelligence Community
- Expert knowledge of U.S. federal Government services contracting
- Direct familiarity with various acquisition pathways
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in business development and team leadership
- Active Secret clearance
