    August 2024Qualifications: A valid Michigan teacher certificate with at least three (3) years of successful teaching experience Masters Degree or higher, preferably in school administration or educational leadership Must have completed a minimum of twenty semester hours of graduate credit in a state-approved program in school administration Must meet current state-mandated professional development requirements for Michigan school administratorsDescription:This is a 46- week salaried position

    Responsibilities:
    Assists the principal in the overall operation of the school Assumes the delegated duties and responsibilities of the building principal in the absence of the principal Responsibilities may include developing master student schedule, coordinating, planning and supervising student extracurricular activities, coordinating and supervising athletic programs, and/or coordinating building operations Administers the Student Code of Conduct and maintains student discipline in the school Accepts responsibility to oversee and provide leadership to an assigned curriculum area and assist the District with the growth and development of said area Assists the building principal in developing and implementing the curriculum Assists in the written evaluation of teaching and ancillary staff Assists in planning and coordinating safety drill exercises Assists in coordinating transportation, custodial, cafeteria and other support services Performs all other duties assigned by the Principal, Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Instruction or the Superintendents designeeMethod of Application:All interested applicants apply at:
