- CNA license preferred
- Monitoring, observing, and reporting client's condition
- Assisting with bathing, shaving, dressing, or other personal hygiene needs.
- Assisting client in and out of shower
- Assistance with eating
- Reminding to take medication
- Shopping and meal preparation
- Transportation
- Helping with laundry
- Reading and following the client's care plan
- Medical Appointment if needed
- Ability to use email and a smartphone to access care plans and schedule
- Caregiving Experience Preferred
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs or more and must be able to transfer clients if needed.
- Valid driver's license or State issued Id
- Automobile insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Drug free-Sled check will be done prior to hire
- Clean criminal background

Full Job Description
GCC is in search of providers that will care for the client in a safe, secure, professional environment which meets their needs. Care Providers help assist with the activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, continence care, meal preparation, medication reminders, as well as, overall supervision of the clients' physical and mental wellbeing. The care provider also assists with environmental services such as housekeeping and homemaking . Must be able to work week-end at times.
