Position Summary:


The Account Manager will work directly with the Director of Safety and will Supervise the day to day security operations of client site.

Manage a team of security officers and ensure client is provided with high quality security services. Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met. Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance evaluations and quality checks.

Take a proactive role in communicating with the client and meeting their needs and providing customer satisfaction through action and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:


  • 2 years of security supervisory experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Professional in Communication and Appearance
  • Valid MA Driver's license
