Minimum Qualifications:

10 years of operations experience at a Vice Presidential level
Strong customer service skills
Executive level leadership abilities

Essential Position Responsibilities:

Manage the Onboard, Recruiting, and Quarter Master staff.
Drive documentation of policy, attendance, and KPI management
Work with the RVP Operations Management to optimize operational metrics for OT, Open Shift, and Attendance.
This is a 24 hour a day business that never closes.
Conduct proactive evaluations of risk management and risk mitigation
