Our client, a renowned company in the real estate industry in Nuremberg, is currently seeking a Property Manager with Utility Billing (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week through direct placement.

The position will be filled through direct placement.

Your responsibilities

Independent management of commercial and residential properties
Rental management
Negotiation, preparation of rental agreements, contract changes
Conducting rent increases
Handling of tenant legal cases
Damage management, obtaining quotes, awarding and monitoring contracts
Invoice verification
Preparation and creation of utility bills
Review of operating and heating cost statements
Evaluation of rental and property accounting
Contact person for tenants/owners, service providers, and authorities

Your profile

Completed training in the real estate sector or further education as a real estate specialist (m/f/d)
Thorough knowledge of commercial and residential tenancy law
Ideally several years of experience in utility billing
Independent, structured way of working
Strong communication skills
Confident handling of business partners
Proficient in MS Office and strong affinity for numbers
Driver's license class B
