    Job Description:

    Elevation Academy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives and resonate with our target audience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Brand Positioning and Messaging: Define and refine our brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions to differentiate Elevation Academy in the market. Ensure consistent communication of our brand identity across all marketing channels.
    • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
    • Content Marketing: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and video content. Develop content strategies that engage our target audience and establish Elevation Academy as a thought leader in the coaching industry.
    • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
    • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and foster strategic partnerships and collaborations with influencers, organizations, and other stakeholders to expand our reach and drive customer acquisition.
    • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to track and measure campaign performance.
    • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
