    Description

    Avli Foods is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to develop, implement, and optimize digital campaigns for all present and future brands within the Avli Group. This includes Avli Inspired Greek, Morgan's on Fulton, and the soon-to-be-announced QSR concept. The ideal candidate is an expert at developing and managing complex campaigns across multiple channels, with a particular focus on paid social and a sharp eye for creative advertising. The Digital Marketing Strategist should work with our Marketing Director & Content DIrector, utilizing their cross-channel expertise to deliver high-quality, high-performing campaigns for our brands in the categories of: dine-in, to-go, catering, private events, weddings, and holidays & special programming.

    About you...

    You're a pro at digital marketing-paid social advertising in particular. You love the idea of constantly adjusting with campaigns to maximize profitability. You can distill a high-level strategy into effective channel and ad-level tactics to meet KPIs. You enjoy sharing and using tools and information combined with your deep knowledge and ability to think creatively to help drive results on an ongoing basis.

    Responsibilities

    Develop & Execute Paid Media Strategies.

    You'll be responsible for developing, launching, and improving campaign-level strategies and tactics across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Yelp, UberEats, DoorDash and other relevant platforms with a focus on generating and increasing ROI for brands.

    Analyze & Optimize Performance.

    You'll monitor and report on paid performance to identify:

    - Ongoing optimizations

    New campaign ideas

    Design, content, copy, and call-to-action opportunities

    Channel expansion opportunities

    Manage Brand Paid Partnerships & Listings, Ensuring SEO Efficiency

    You are knowledgeable about national, and localized outlets and partners that drive revenue and awareness for brands such as but not limited to The Knot, Partyslate, and more.

    QSR Email Marketing

    As our team gears up to launch a new brand, identify paid platform to suit best practices for drip and automated customer campaigns, and work with the team to create, manage, and analyze automated customer campaigns.

    Qualifications

    As an integral member of a small and growing team, you'll have opportunities to provide clear and efficient management and direction, as well as support growth by identifying new platforms, tools, strategies, and systems that we can use to work smarter and drive better results.

    You have 3+ years of direct experience managing digital marketing campaigns. You've got demonstrable experience in executing, managing, and optimizing all kinds of advertising campaigns. Bonus if you have experience in hospitality and private events.

    You've got a knack for detail. You know just how to take big-picture goals and funnel them into a platform setup and tactical implementation. You can spot both successes and opportunities in complicated data sets.

    You're a problem-solver. Not only are you comfortable solving technical issues relating to social advertising campaigns, you're the kind of person who jumps in and solves issues before they arise.
