    Job DetailsJob LocationPlano Campus - Plano, TXPosition TypeFull-TimeDescriptionResponsible for managing activities of the Prestonwood Baptist Church (PBC) Food Services


    Responsibilities:
    Ensure excellence in customer service, food quality and facility maintenance Supervise and coordinate activities of all Main Street Café (MSC) staff and volunteersEnsure staff understands MSC policies and service proceduresRecruit, train and develop staff and volunteersMeet or exceed standards required by industry, health codes and the churchEnsure superior facility maintenance Ensure food quality standards are metOversee the scheduling of all Main Street Café employees and contracted labor according to approved labor budgets Report accurate inventory in a timely manner Manage cash handling and expense account procedures for accurate accounting of money and inventory Maintain, control and update Food Services Point-of-Sales systemsReview and submit invoices for paymentModel leadership through integrity, professionalism, and Biblical principlesOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequirements:Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministryKnowledge of principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution including strategic planning, resource allocation, manpower modeling, leadership techniques, and production methodsCash handling knowledge and skills with an understanding of audit/control processes and proceduresKnowledge for providing customer service including needs assessment, quality service standards, and customer satisfaction evaluation techniquesKnowledge and understanding of food handling practices and proceduresExcellent communication skills, bi-lingual a plus Flexible schedule availability (early mornings and flexible days off must be able to work Sundays)Able to stand and walk for long periods of time, repeat the same movements, use their hands to control objects, bend or twist their body and life objects up to 40 lbs in weight
