Sportradar is a trusted partner for top leagues and federations worldwide, including the NBA, MLB, FIFA, and UEFA.

Our Production Content Operations team is responsible for collecting, producing, and distributing sports data for pre-, live-, and post-match events.

With a global presence and thousands of scouts, we cover over 890,000 events in 92 different sports every year.


We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that our Live data Production services meet customer expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).

In this role, you will analyze the Live Data Production and related operational functions, with a focus on the quality of our scouts and Live Monitoring QA processes.

Your goal will be to help our business exceed industry standards and improve work processes and efficiency.


As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will act as a crucial link between Live Production in Content Operations and connected Products.

You will coordinate internally and communicate externally with customers on matters outside of regular support lines. Your main focus will be on maintaining, developing, and tracking Live Production KPIs.
