- Prepare payroll reports for management.
- Stay informed about payroll-related legislative changes and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with payroll laws and regulations.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and accounting software.
- Knowledge of federal and state labor and tax laws.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations like FLSA and ERISA.
