    Job Title: Implementation Manager

    LemonEdge is a London-based FinTech company focusing on revolutionizing back-office financial services technology. Established in March 2020, LemonEdge launched its first product, LemonEdge Capital, in October 2020, attracting global attention from top Alternative Investment institutions and service providers. The company has secured seed funding from a reputable investor base and receives advisory support from industry experts.

    LemonEdge offers advanced solutions to clients in Private Equity, Real Estate, Secondaries, and Fund of Funds through its low-code platform. The Private Capital solution serves as an efficient starting point for firms of all sizes to streamline their processes, while allowing customization to meet specific needs.

    About The Role

    To support our expanding client base and future growth, we are expanding our Implementation Team. The role involves working closely with the Operations Director and team members to implement and deliver the LemonEdge platform to clients and partners. The ideal candidate has previous experience in fast-paced environments, delivering financial software solutions and is comfortable in client-facing roles.

    The Role

    • Work with the Implementation Team to configure and deploy the LemonEdge platform.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are well-defined, delivered, and maintained.
    • Adhere to best practices in all implementations.
    • Provide training and support to clients throughout the process.
    • Create materials for clients and partners regarding implementation, configuration, and training.
    • Engage with clients and professional services daily.

    About You

    • Passionate about entrepreneurship and technology.
    • Experience in financial services preferred.
    • 3+ years implementing financial solutions.
    • CPA, CFA, or similar qualifications a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Team player with a passion for technology and finance.
