This role will be based in our New York, NY office.


What you'll do:


  • Act as the key project and clientfacing representative, responsible for structuring and implementing complete and compliant technical solutions for the client, conducting thorough discovery sessions to gather and map business requirements and technical capabilities, to construct a holistic design of the payment solution and its practical implementation, for both new and existing clients
  • Evaluate complex requirements (business, technical, security, reporting, legal/regulatory, etc.), assess feasibility and distill into functional requirements through a collaborative process with both partner and internal teams
  • Thoroughly document the solution for both internal and external alignment, including drafting Business Requirement and Solution Design documents (BRD/ SDD), creating custom design flowcharts, and maintaining comprehensive solution/project knowledge base
  • Optimize existing processes to drive for productivity and maximize efficiencies
  • Act as a trusted advisor and technical expert in presales meetings and throughout implementation of the solution for both external and internal POCs
  • Strategize new high potential markets, use cases and verticals, to support company growth
  • Participate and support business reviews (eg. QBRs), both virtually and inperson (as needed)

What we're looking for:


  • 7+ years of experience providing technical support during presales lifecycle, technical solution architecture and client onboarding
  • Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes
  • Outstanding executivelevel verbal and written communication skills
  • Be a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, attention to detail, excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Experience with Application Programming Interface (API's), SaaS based products and technologies, strong PPT and presentation skills, MS excel, Figma/Miro, Salesforce, Azure, etc.
  • Strong business understanding and basic comfort with commercials and contracts
  • Solid analytical, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Ability to anticipate issues and take steps to mitigate to avoid/ quickly resolve, with the interpersonal capability to ensure they are implemented
  • Fintech background preferred but not a must
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Willingness to travel

  • In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position.
Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to:
experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs.

The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus. _

  • The annual base salary range for this position is: $120,000 $140,000._
