- Manage expense and material supplier payments, including all related actions such as credit card payments, aging reports, supplier communications, and error corrections.
- Create accounts payable (AP) vouchers with or without purchase orders.
- Oversee monthly accounting close processes, including monitoring AP cut-offs, handling expense accruals, cost allocation, account reconciliations, and fixed assets-related AP support.
- Train related teams on payable processes and voucher creation.
- Support annual financial statement audits by compiling necessary audit schedules.
- Generate required monthly and quarterly reports.
- Manage UPS/FedEx/DHL accounts and associated accounts payable.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred but not required.
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Ability to handle large amounts of data with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP or similar accounting software.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- SAP experience is preferred.
