Description

Do you have a minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Payable? Are you looking for a corporate opportunity in the Fayette County area? Randstad is looking for someone with A/P skills, knowledge of sales & use tax, MS Excel and a stable work history. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, skilled individual that works well in a team environment. This is an onsite position; NO remote work. Next Steps: 1. salary: $21 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Receive invoices and submit for approval to appropriate budget owners
Process invoices using accounting software and other programs
Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
Process employee expense reimbursement in Concur
Ensure proper approvals and vendor banking details prior to payment
Manage wire transfer, electronic payment process, and other payment type
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
Prepare month end accruals
Store W9 forms and process annual 1099 filings
Maintain AP files and documentation
Support the annual audit

Skills
Accounts Payable (3 years of experience is required)
MS Office (5 years of experience is required)
SAP (1 year of experience is preferred)
sales and use tax (1 year of experience is preferred)
General Ledger (2 years of experience is preferred)
