    Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to join a growing company? Boos Resource and Technology, an environmentally and energy-focused solutions provider, is looking for YOU

    Highlights

    • Manage the AP process and grow into Accounts Receivable.
    • Growing company providing solutions to customers across the U.S. and beyond.
    • Onsite position in Naperville.
    • Visit us at Boos Resource and Technology Group |

    How You'll Contribute

    • Review, match, and process invoices.
    • Ensure proper coding to the GL.
    • Create and enter Purchase Orders
    • Prepare vendor checks and process ACH payments.
    • Research and resolve inquiries for payment status.
    • Review and reconcile company credit cards and fuel cards.
    • Contribute to other accounting functions.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance.

    • Tuition reimbursement.
    • Salary $45,000 to $50,000 per year.

    About YOU

    • 2+ years accounts payable experience, including ACH.
    • Intermediate Excel skills required.
