    Staff Accountant

    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    • Our client is a prominent Non-Profit organization dedicated to advocating for individuals with disabilities through support networks and accessible housing for over 40 years.
    • The organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their accounting team with a direct reporting line to the CFO.
    • Hybrid position

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT

    • Compile and analyze financial data for general ledger entries.
    • Collaborate on monthly and quarterly budget analysis with the CFO.
    • Reconcile receivables accounts and follow up with vendors on outstanding balances.
    • Support audit preparation.

    EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT ROLE:

    • General Accounting
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • NetSuite experience is advantageous.
