Job Title:
Nursing Station Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Personnel management, personnel development, and personnel scheduling
Leadership responsibility for approximately 23 fulltime employees
Quality assurance and further development of the station concept in line with the strategic planning of the Forensic Psychiatry Clinic and current scientific findings in close coordination with the clinic management
Close and cooperative collaboration with the dual leadership partner at the station level and the entire multidisciplinary team
Employeeoriented workplace organization and the creation of a patientoriented station environment

Your Profile:

Registered nurse or health and nursing care professional, geriatric nurse, or social care worker with possible additional studies or further training in psychiatry
Leadership experience
