Wechselpilot is an independent switching service that optimizes energy and internet contracts for private and commercial customers in Germany and Austria.

Our services include price comparison, personalized tariff recommendations, and complete annual contract changes, as well as communication with suppliers and providers.


Our switching service is promoted to end customers by many partners in the financial and insurance industry, as well as numerous well-known websites.

All partner activities are consolidated in the sales department of our company. Due to strong growth, we are currently seeking support as soon as possible


Responsibilities:

  • You will support the management of our partners (e.g. N26, MLP,...) and act as the contact person for all questions regarding our partner program
  • You will handle the onboarding of new individual partners
  • You will be responsible for partner communication
  • You will analyze the development of key metrics and support with reporting
  • You will independently organize subprojects in the sales department

Qualifications:

  • You are studying business administration or a related field
  • You value high quality work
  • You enjoy working with numbers and using tools
  • Previous experience in a similar environment and knowledge of partner/customer support is desirable (but not a dealbreaker)
