    Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer invoices, ensuring accurate processing

    • Execute various tasks related to receivables, collections, wire transfers, and bank deposits

    • Monitor and address issues highlighted in AR Aging reports, communicating with customers when necessary

    • Conduct reconciliations of bank and credit card statements

    • Keep track of company assets and expenditures

    • Prepare and execute basic adjusting journal entries as required

    • Manage employee expense reports

    • Facilitate payments to vendors and manage unique check requests

    • Maintain an orderly financial document filing system

    • Fulfill additional accounting responsibilities as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Assoicate or Bachelor degree

    • Expereince with AP, AR reconciliations

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

    • Self-starter

    • Strong work ethic

    • Must be willing to commute to Durham, NC
