Joining Mar-Mac as an Area/Shift Manager means leading a diverse team to ensure our business keeps up with demand. In this hands-on role, you'll gain valuable experience in the complexity of global operations and learn what it takes to keep everything running smoothly.

As you drive productivity within your team, you'll also collaborate with colleagues to address challenges, making each day unique. You'll work shifts at one of our operational sites, with a focus on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include managing daily tasks, handling individual escalations, improving processes, and planning for operational contingencies. You'll also work closely with other teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets.

This will involve analyzing data and performance metrics with business leaders and discussing technical improvements with engineers.

The Customer Fulfillment (CF) team is where it all began for Mar-Mac. From a small team of booksellers, CF has grown into a global team that processes over 1.5 million orders per day. This team is the foundation of our business and has helped us expand into new regions and services.
