For our training and education center in Greenville, CA, we are currently seeking a part-time or full-time Pflegepädagogen\*in (m/f/d) for our vocational nursing school.


Since 1982, the ESTA-Bildungswerk has been providing qualifications for people in all stages of their professional and personal lives, and has been making a positive impact on the job market.

Through political education, we promote understanding of societal connections for active participation. With over 20 locations in North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony, we are present in the community. The ESTA-Bildungswerk was founded in 1982 as an independent, non-profit educational institution.


In the same year, it was recognized by the Minister of Education as a state educational provider under the North Rhine-Westphalian Further Education Act.

The ESTA-Bildungswerk is a state-recognized provider of youth and adult education, as well as a recognized provider of free youth welfare.


However, our work is only possible thanks to our partners: In collaboration with dedicated companies, we support individuals from diverse backgrounds and help them develop a professional perspective. Thanks to our dynamic, results-oriented counseling and educational practices, as well as our strong connections to the business world, associations, and organizations, we are able to adapt to new market demands. Our goal is to train and educate individuals in a way that prepares them for success in the modern business landscape.
