What to expect?

  • Taking responsibility for (major) projects at infrastructure operators such as railways for operational and economic optimization of technology usage
  • Consulting and coaching our clients in the areas of technology strategy and technology/innovation management as well as organization
  • Managing larger project teams and handling project communication across all hierarchical levels, involving all relevant stakeholders including political bodies
  • Taking responsibility for developing innovative solutions (consulting services) for future business challenges of (potential) clients of quattron, including ensuring the development of methodological and industry-specific knowledge and consulting expertise
  • Independently and result-oriented execution of complex, technologically demanding projects, including managing consultant and/or client teams
  • Market development, acquisition, and customer development in quattron's strategic areas
  • Assuming account responsibility

What should you bring?

  • You have successfully completed a master's degree in a technical, natural science, or business-related field
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in consulting or a consulting-intensive profession, ideally in strategic top management consulting or in the railway industry with a focus on technology
  • You have basic technical knowledge and a high affinity for information technology, telecommunications, control and safety technology, signaling and safety technology, or network infrastructures
