Your responsibilities:

  • Management of personnel costs and FTE development for the entire group
  • Participation and coordination in personnel cost planning (e.g. budgeting, forecasting)
  • Analysis of actual development (HR reporting) and development of measures to ensure the achievement of set personnel cost/FTE goals
  • Point of contact for personnel cost, FTE, and relevant drivers (e.g. turnover, timetohire, annualization) development
  • Management of HR special topics (e.g. variable compensation) and adhoc evaluations

What you bring:

  • Successfully completed university degree (e.g. in economics or related fields)
  • First professional experience in controlling, ideally with experience in personnel costs/HR controlling
  • Experience in handling large amounts of data (ideally with Tableau/PowerBI)
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Independent, analytical, and solutionoriented way of working
  • Confident and convincing demeanor, as well as excellent English skills in written and spoken form
