- Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents
- Prepare and send correspondence and certain legal documents
- File legal documents with the courts
- Facilitate document management systems
- Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy and formatting
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments for attorneys
- Answer phones, manage communication with clients, respond to calls and emails, and triage legal needs for clientele
- Associate's degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal OR 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant at a professional office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Professional etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
