Leadership Position / Management:


As a non-profit and church service company, we are part of Caritas and operate according to modern social and economic principles.

We operate 15 senior centers for elderly and care-dependent people in Swabia and Upper Bavaria, as well as 6 cooperative home care services.

For our
Caritas Senior Center St. Agnes in Mering, we are looking for a
Pflegedienstleiterin (nursing service manager) as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Coordination of conceptual nursing priorities in collaboration with assigned functional positions
  • Evaluation of work processes in terms of nursing quality and personnel planning
  • Ensuring quality assurance measures within the framework of quality management
  • Conceptual work on specialized topics within the organization and implementation in the facility
  • Preparation and moderation of working groups with a focus on nursing
  • Organization and implementation of training on relevant nursing topics

  • You are a qualified nursing professional and have ideally completed further training as a responsible nursing professional
  • You have a holistic view and implement processes sustainably
  • You enjoy complex tasks and working independently
