We have ambitious plans for the future, which is why we are looking for a Purchasing Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Processing of technical purchases
Purchasing of production supplies
Purchasing of production consumables (protective clothing, disposable items)
Purchasing and administration of hazardous substances and cleaning agents
Monitoring and implementation of purchasing contracts and delivery agreements
Invoice verification and credit notes
Ensuring and monitoring delivery dates
Responsible use of resources such as energy, water, and raw materials
Sustainable and recyclable considerations must be taken into account in decision-making

Your profile:

Completed commercial training
Experience in operational purchasing
Good knowledge of current purchasing standards
Team orientation, reliability, and commitment
Good MS Office and English skills
