IT Support Engineer

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $75,000. We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support to end-users in a corporate setting.

This role is crucial within the Information & Technology team, responsible for providing comprehensive day-to-day computing support to ensure our information infrastructure and business processes run smoothly.

By assisting with the operation and maintenance of the technology supporting our growing business, this position plays a significant role in achieving departmental goals and business projects.

Provide advanced technical support, resolving complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues for optimal performance.
Implement robust security measures to safeguard IT systems and data.
Collaborate with IT team members and business units to plan and execute IT projects.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing.
Stay informed about the latest technology trends and best practices.
Perform level 1 troubleshooting and escalate to level 2 support as needed.
Conduct routine health checks of core network hardware.
Minimal travel may be required, up to 20%.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role focusing on IT infrastructure.
Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and security principles.
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, O365, and mobile device support.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus.
