    Job Description

    This full-time position requires a trustworthy individual who is very much a hands-on person. One who can respond to a range of routine and emergency maintenance needs along with other more technical issues—sometimes afterhours. The right candidate will be someone who can communicate well, is honest, self-directed, organized, a multi-tasker and one who works well with people.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Grounds Maintenance
    • Maintain common areas and ensure clean safe condition
    • Train Staff
    • Turn Vacant Units
    • Communicate effectively and courteously in person, by text, email and phone.
    • Preventative Maintenance including gutter cleaning
    • Electrical / Plumbing Skills
    • HVAC-EPA Certified
    • Valid Drivers License
    • Order and maintain supplies and materials
    • Coordinate between management and contractors
    • Snow Removal

    Qualifications:

    • Ideal candidate will have at least 2 – 3 years as a maintenance supervisor
    • Handle and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
    • Strong inter-personal skills with residents, clients, vendors and contractors and staff
    • Good verbal and writing skills
    • Basic computer skills
    • Working Tools
    • Must have valid drivers license
