Maintenance Supervisor 3rd Shift - IndianaJoin our team as a Maintenance Supervisor and lead all maintenance and engineering activities at our manufacturing facility.

This role is pivotal in providing technical support, developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and managing preventive maintenance programs. Your focus will be on maximizing equipment uptime, minimizing maintenance costs, and optimizing resource allocation.

Additionally, you will train and oversee maintenance staff to ensure our facility operates safely and efficiently at the lowest possible cost.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety, reliability, and productivity of maintenance operations.
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled high-speed production equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to enhance equipment reliability.
Manage documentation and track maintenance activities using computerized systems.
Lead continuous improvement projects and support team participation.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate activities to ensure continuous production and utility supply.
Manage inventory and requisition of necessary tools and supplies

Schedule:
This position requires working on a 2,2,3 rotation schedule, including off-shifts and weekends as needed

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs

Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Associate s Degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming
